Public race starts changed

Both the public races were rescheduled to start earlier.

The one on the classic course (at PreO Day2 on July 4th in Všemily) starts at 15:30. A preliminary startlist is published on the result server top.yq.cz. If you want to change your start time, send a message to info@wtoc2023.cz.

The TempO public race starts at 12:30. A preliminary startlist is published on the result server top.yq.cz.
